Silver State Acquires Four Commercial HVAC and Mechanical Service Providers

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning Acquires Sierra Air Conditioning

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning, a portfolio company of Gamut Capital Management, has acquired Sierra Air Conditioning, Inc., Sierra Air Conditioning of Idaho LLC, and Silverado Mechanical LLC to expand its HVAC installation capabilities into Nevada and Idaho. The acquisition creates a national HVAC installation platform focused on the single-family residential new construction (RNC) channel; financial terms were not disclosed.
