Interstate Waste Services, Inc. (IWS) has acquired Pinto Service, Inc. and National Transfer, Inc., a family-owned waste hauling business based in Lodi, New Jersey. IWS will integrate Pinto's collection services, transfer station and disposal operations, employees, and a fleet of over 40 collection vehicles into its operations while retaining the Pinto family in leadership of the new IWS Lodi, NJ operations to ensure continuity.
