Lockmasters Acquires Allied Locksmith Supply

Dominus Capital portfolio company Lockmasters, Inc. acquired Allied Locksmith Supply, a Youngstown, Ohio-based distributor of approximately 9,000 automotive and commercial locksmith products. Allied's operations have been integrated into Lockmasters' Nicholasville, Kentucky headquarters; the deal is Lockmasters' second add-on under Dominus' ownership and supports expanded distribution and e-commerce availability of Allied's product lines.

Lockmasters Acquires Signals Defense

Lockmasters, a portfolio company of Dominus Capital, has acquired Astic Signals Defenses, LLC (Signals Defense), an Owings Mills, Maryland-based specialist in RF and IR shielding window films for government and commercial high-security applications. The deal is the fifth add-on for Lockmasters under Dominus' ownership and expands Lockmasters' portfolio of proprietary high-security products and services for SCIFs and other sensitive facilities.

IML Security Acquires Serv-U Locksmiths (Western Massachusetts)

IML Security (Island Master Locksmith), a family-office-backed security services platform, has acquired Serv-U Stores of Western Massachusetts, a long-established Springfield-based locksmith and physical security services provider. The acquisition expands IML's Northeast footprint while retaining Serv-U's brand, staff and local operations; former owner Steven Horowitz will remain in a consulting role during the transition.

Brattle Technologies Acquires Lockwood Manufacturing Co.

Brattle Technologies, a family-owned holding company based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, acquired Lockwood Manufacturing Co., a Livonia, Michigan-based maker of aluminum and steel equipment, in a transaction that closed on August 8, 2025. Founder and prior owner David Lamson sold the business and will join Lockwood's board while Matt Phillips was promoted to CEO to lead the company under Brattle's ownership.

Latch (Door) Acquires The Broadway Company's Property Management Business

(soon to be Door.com) launched Door Property Management, LLC and acquired the property management business of The Broadway Company to operate a small portfolio of multifamily units in the Greater Boston area. The move gives Latch hands-on property management capabilities to vertically integrate its hardware and software products, accelerate product development, and drive NOI improvements for owners.
