Environ Energy Acquires Rapid Power Management

Environ Energy has acquired Rapid Power Management (RPM), a Texas-based energy advisory firm, to expand its capabilities and presence in the ERCOT market. The deal brings RPM founder JD Dodson and his team into Environ and adds RPM’s proprietary Power Factor Correction solution to Environ’s service offering; the acquisition is part of Environ’s buy-and-build strategy backed by private equity partner 424 Capital.
