EnviroServe Acquires CG Environmental

EnviroServe Inc., a Salt Lake City-based environmental services platform and portfolio company of One Rock Capital Partners, has acquired CG Environmental (The Cleaning Guys), a Fort Worth, Texas-based provider of environmental remediation, emergency response and waste management services. The add-on expands EnviroServe's footprint by seven locations (to 45 total) and brings CG Environmental's proprietary "Annihilator" spill-cleanup technology and regional capabilities across Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma and Missouri.

The equity interests were purchased from a fund managed by Ares Management's Infrastructure and Power strategy and The Conti Group as part of CS Energy’s next phase of growth under private-equity ownership.
