DNA Payments, a London-based vertically integrated payments provider, has acquired Kwalitas, a Peterborough-based payment solutions provider, to accelerate its UK growth strategy and broaden its merchant-focused product and service offering. The deal will integrate Kwalitas' regional merchant base with DNA's gateway, PaaS/SaaS capabilities and ISOs to expand service reach and develop new payments solutions for SME customers across the UK.
