DNA Payments Acquires First Payment Merchant Services

DNA Payments has acquired First Payment Merchant Services (FPMS), a Surrey-based payments and merchant services provider, marking DNA's seventh acquisition since its 2021 fundraise from Alchemy Partners. The deal expands DNA's omnichannel platform and adds FPMS’s in-house team and customer base (over 10,000 merchants) to DNA's payment processing and terminal services across the UK.
