ReSource Pro, an operations partner serving the insurance industry, has acquired Texas-based Helix Agency Services LLC, a managed-technology services provider for independent P&C insurance agencies and brokers. The acquisition adds Helix’s system administration, data reporting and conversion, automation, and carrier password management capabilities to ReSource Pro’s service portfolio to improve agency productivity and technology ROI.

Xllnc Group AB Acquires Lin Group AB (Lin Education)

Xllnc Group AB, majority owned by Norvestor, has signed an agreement to acquire Lin Group AB (operating as Lin Education). The deal is an add-on to Xllnc’s platform that expands its education-focused IT services and creates a leading Nordic provider of consultancy services for digital end-user equipment, with combined revenues of SEK 2.4 billion (2019).

IXL Learning Acquires Rosetta Stone Languages Division from Cambium Learning Group

Cambium Learning Group has agreed to sell Rosetta Stone’s Languages division to IXL Learning in a divestiture intended to streamline Cambium’s K‑12 portfolio and allow IXL to expand its personalized learning offerings to include Rosetta Stone’s language products. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2021, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Xllnc Acquires Lin Solutions

Swedish IT company Xllnc has acquired Lin Solutions, the digital tools and services business area of Lin Education, from Summa Equity. Summa Equity will retain ownership of Lin Software and focus on scaling the Loops product while Xllnc will integrate Lin Solutions' services and capabilities to strengthen its IT lifecycle offering.
