Rockit Pest (Halle Capital) Acquires Home Pest Control

Rockit Pest, a portfolio company of Halle Capital, has acquired Home Pest Control, a Columbia, South Carolina pest control services provider with nearly 60 years of history. The acquisition expands Rockit Pest's presence across South Carolina; Steven Leidinger will remain President of HPC and Curtis M. Loftis, Jr. (the company's current President and majority shareholder) will transition to Rockit Pest's Board of Directors.

Halle Capital-backed Rockit Pest Acquires Spencer Pest Services

The deal expands Rockit’s presence in South Carolina and adds R&R’s bedbug-detection capability and local customer relationships to the platform; Barrick remained on to assist with the transition before stepping away.
