MGME will remain an independent brand as a wholly owned unit of InteleTravel and will collaborate with InteleTravel and Hickory Global Partners to expand event offerings, consolidate supplier contracts, and leverage booking technology and cruise charter capabilities to develop event-at-sea and other combined services.

RainFocus Acquires WebEvents Global

RWS Global Acquires Great Big Events
