Creative Group Acquires Strategic Meetings and Incentives

Creative Group, a Direct Travel company headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois, has acquired Strategic Meetings and Incentives, LLC, a Scottsdale-based meeting, event and incentive agency founded in 2001. The acquisition expands Creative Group's footprint in the telecommunications industry and the U.S. Southeast while adding event-production, meeting marketing and incentive-travel capabilities to its service offering.

EagleTree Capital Acquires MMGY Global

Investment funds managed by EagleTree Capital, with co-investors including the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) and Northwestern Mutual, have acquired MMGY Global from Peninsula Capital Partners LLC and other shareholders. MMGY Global’s management team will remain in place under CEO Katie Briscoe as the company pursues a global growth strategy; the firm has more than 600 employees across 14 offices.

Integrity Marketing Group completed the acquisition of McNerney Management Group (MMG), including its divisions Senior Marketing Specialists and Senior Benefit Services, to expand its life and health insurance distribution and senior-market capabilities. MMG's four equity owners joined Integrity as partners; financial terms were not disclosed and MMG's more than 100 employees will join Integrity's employee ownership plan.

The deal, finalized September 30, 2022, expands Seaway's geographic footprint and capabilities and advances its growth strategy under its sponsor, ICG's North American Direct Private Equity team.
