Ricoh Acquires MTI Technology to Expand IT Services in EMEA

Ricoh (Ricoh Europe) has acquired MTI Technology, a UK-headquartered IT services provider with ~210–250 employees, to strengthen its IT managed services, cybersecurity and datacentre modernisation capabilities across EMEA. MTI Technology will continue to operate under its existing name as a separate Ricoh entity and its existing board and European management team will remain in place.

JTS Direct Acquires Assets of MTI Connect

JTS Direct, a Hartland, Wisconsin-based full-service direct marketing printing and mailing company, acquired substantially all assets of MTI Connect's Milwaukee production facility and Phoenix sales office. The asset purchase will integrate MTI's Milwaukee production into JTS Direct's Hartland operations while keeping the Phoenix sales office uninterrupted; terms were not disclosed.

MCI Acquires Market Force Information

MCI has acquired Atlanta-based Market Force Information LLC, including its Knowledge Force SaaS analytics and case-management platform, in a purchase of 100% of the company’s equity and assets. The deal adds Market Force’s mystery-shopping, CX analytics, contact-center and field-services capabilities to MCI’s global CX BPO footprint to strengthen MCI’s analytics, AI-enabled CX offerings and onsite delivery for enterprise clients.
