InteleTravel, an integrated travel distribution group, has acquired MGME (McVeigh Global Meetings & Events). MGME will remain an independent brand as a wholly owned unit of InteleTravel and will collaborate with InteleTravel and Hickory Global Partners to expand event offerings, consolidate supplier contracts, and leverage booking technology and cruise charter capabilities to develop event-at-sea and other combined services.

Northstar Travel Group Acquires Centaur Media's Travel & Meetings Shows

Northstar Travel Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Centaur Media Travel and Meetings Limited (CTM), the owner of the Business Travel Show, The Meetings Show and Travel Technology Europe, from Centaur Media PLC. The acquisition gives Northstar a London platform to expand its events and B2B travel information and marketing services across the UK and Europe; the CTM team is expected to join Northstar at closing.
