K-Sport Acquires 67% Stake in Sports Performance Tracking (SPT)

Italian sports-technology company K-Sport has acquired a 67% stake in Australian wearable-technology and analytics provider Sports Performance Tracking (SPT). The deal gives K-Sport direct access to SPT’s established customer base in the United States and Asia-Pacific and will combine K-Sport’s AI-driven match analysis with SPT’s commercial presence to accelerate international expansion and product capability development.
