RBC Bearings Incorporated (NASDAQ: ROLL) has acquired Climax Metal Products Company, a Mentor, Ohio-based manufacturer of precision shaft collars, rigid couplings and keyless locking devices. The acquisition (approx. $13.6 million purchase price) expands RBC Bearings' product portfolio, customer base and distribution channels to support long-term growth.
