GenNx360 Capital Partners, a New York–based private equity firm focused on middle-market industrial B2B companies, has acquired Salford Farm Machinery Ltd., a Canada-based manufacturer of tillage, seeding and fertilizing equipment, for an undisclosed amount. GenNx360 said it will leverage its operational expertise to drive Salford's growth organically and via add-on acquisitions, building on the company's strong brand, patented technology and dealer network.
