Teladoc Health Acquires InTouch Health

Teladoc Health agreed to acquire InTouch Health for $600 million ($150M cash and $450M in Teladoc common stock) to create a market leader in virtual care for hospitals and health systems. The deal expands Teladoc’s clinical capabilities and enterprise telehealth footprint—bringing InTouch’s hospital-focused platform, purpose-built devices and managed services into Teladoc’s global virtual care offering; InTouch posted ~ $80 million in 2019 revenue and the transaction was expected to close by end of Q2 2020.
