JDS Uniphase (JDSU) Acquires Network Instruments from Thoma Bravo for $200M

JDS Uniphase Corporation agreed to acquire Network Instruments, LLC from Thoma Bravo for $200 million in cash. Network Instruments, a developer of enterprise network and application-performance management solutions, will be integrated into JDSU to expand its network management and application-performance capabilities.
