Turbo Wholesale Tires, backed by Kingswood Capital Management, has completed the acquisition of Tire Wholesalers Inc. (TWI), a Michigan-based independent tire distributor. The Kogel family joined as partial owners, with TWI leadership joining Turbo's management team to expand Turbo's Midwest footprint, warehouse capacity and brand/distribution capabilities.
