nShift (the merged business of Unifaun and Consignor and a Marlin portfolio company) has acquired Returnado, a Stockholm-based e-commerce returns and shipment management provider. The deal adds Returnado's returns technology to nShift's cloud delivery management platform as the combined businesses launch under the unified nShift brand; Marlin Equity Partners and Francisco Partners remain majority stakeholders.
