Sia Acquires Kaiser Associates

Sia has acquired Kaiser Associates, a boutique strategy consulting firm headquartered in Washington, D.C., to launch a dedicated Corporate Strategy, Private Equity & M&A business line and accelerate its U.S. expansion. Kaiser Associates’ leadership (Ali Cumber, Paul Mumma and Jon Meyerholz) will join Sia, with Jon Meyerholz named Managing Partner of the new business line; the deal is intended to broaden Sia’s strategic advisory capabilities and scale Kaiser’s services globally.

Sword Group Acquires Two Aberdeen-based Companies (IACS and AAA)

Sword Group has acquired two Scotland-based companies in Aberdeen: IACS, a micro cybersecurity specialist focused on industrial process control networks, and AAA, a recruitment/staffing business that has restructured around AI. IACS will be consolidated into Sword's accounts from July 1, 2024 (revenues ~€2.9M, EBITDA margin 20%), while AAA was acquired effective April 2, 2024 (revenues ~€8M, EBITDA margin 2%) to boost Sword's capabilities in Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security.

Kyruus Acquires HealthSparq
