Sword Health Acquires Kaia Health for $285M

Sword Health has acquired Kaia Health in a transaction valued at $285 million, adding Kaia’s digital musculoskeletal and pulmonary care offerings to Sword’s AI Care platform. The deal expands Sword’s U.S. member footprint by migrating Kaia’s millions of U.S. members onto Sword’s platform and gives Sword immediate access to Germany through Kaia’s integration in the country’s digital health reimbursement pathway.
