Holston Gases Acquires Tri-Cities Dry Ice

Holston Gases Inc. has completed the acquisition of Tri-Cities Dry Ice Company, Inc., a regional dry ice producer with operations in southwest Virginia and northeast Tennessee. Holston said it will service Tri-Cities Dry Ice customers from its Gray, Tennessee operation and expects the deal to expand its dry ice distribution further into southern and central Virginia.
