Meiser International GmbH has acquired The Expanded Metal Company from EIH Capital Partners for an undisclosed sum. The Expanded Metal Company, a specialist in expanded metal mesh previously part of the Expamet group, was sold by Nashville-based buyout fund EIH Capital Partners; McDermott Will & Emery advised the seller.
