LightPath Technologies Acquires G5 Infrared

LightPath Technologies, Inc. agreed to acquire G5 Infrared, LLC for $27.0 million in a cash-and-stock transaction (with potential performance-based consideration) to create a vertically integrated infrared imaging solutions provider. G5, a Hudson, New Hampshire-based maker of high-end cooled infrared camera systems with preliminary 2024 revenue of at least $15 million, will expand LightPath's product portfolio and accelerate revenue growth; the combined company is expected to achieve at least $55 million in revenue in the 12 months following closing.
