Lynred Acquires New Imaging Technologies (NIT)

Lynred, a global provider of infrared detectors, is acquiring New Imaging Technologies (NIT), a French developer and manufacturer of SWIR InGaAs sensors and cameras. The deal, announced by Lynred, is intended to strengthen Lynred's leadership in the SWIR market by combining complementary supply chains and technical capabilities; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2024 and is subject to customary conditions.
