Vanguard has entered into an agreement to acquire Just Invest, a tech-driven direct indexing and wealth-management platform that had surpassed $1 billion in assets under management. The acquisition brings Just Invest's customizable direct indexing technology (Kaleidoscope) and team into Vanguard to expand its advisor-facing capabilities and offer tax-managed, personalized portfolios to financial intermediaries and advisors.
