The deal adds Simfony's eSIM/eUICC-enabled connectivity management, MVNE stack and a Romania development centre to iBASIS' capabilities and strengthens its operations in the Netherlands.

Syros Pharmaceuticals Merges with TYME Technologies

Syros Pharmaceuticals completed a merger with TYME Technologies, acquiring TYME's pipeline assets and approximately $60 million of net cash at closing. The transaction was accompanied by an oversubscribed $130 million PIPE financing to provide capital for Syros' late-stage hematology programs and early commercialization activities.

Axon Acquires Fusus, Real-Time Crime Center Technology Provider

Axon has acquired Fusus, a provider of real-time crime center (RTCC) software that aggregates live video, sensor and data feeds to improve situational awareness for public safety and commercial customers. The acquisition—building on a strategic partnership begun in May 2022—adds real-time operations capabilities to Axon's product roadmap and supports expansion into retail, healthcare, private security and federal markets; terms were not disclosed.

Syntax Systems Acquires EmeraldCube Solutions

Montreal-based Syntax Systems has acquired Atlanta/Alpharetta-based EmeraldCube Solutions to strengthen its Oracle JD Edwards and AWS public cloud capabilities. Syntax, a portfolio company of private equity firm Novacap TMT IV (which provided equity financing), will integrate EmeraldCube's software solutions and managed-services platform to expand its JD Edwards managed services and cloud offerings.
