F. Schumacher & Co. has acquired Backdrop, the digitally native paint and design brand founded in 2018 by Natalie and Caleb Ebel. The transaction marks FSCO’s entry into the architectural paint market and will allow Backdrop to leverage FSCO’s global production and distribution while the Backdrop founders remain with the business as co-presidents.
