Catalyst Acoustics Group, a platform company backed by The Stephens Group, acquired Fräsch, a Texas-based maker of polyester acoustic wall and ceiling products. The deal adds polyester-based acoustic panels, baffles, partitions and acoustic lighting to Catalyst’s portfolio to broaden product offerings and technical expertise while Fräsch’s founders and employees remain with the business.
