Pullman SST, Inc., a Structural Group Company, has acquired Structural Maintenance Systems, Inc. (SMS) to expand Pullman's masonry and concrete repair capabilities and geographic presence in the Philadelphia and Northeast U.S. region. SMS, founded in 1978 and based in the Philadelphia area, will be integrated into Pullman's operations to broaden service capacity and better serve regional clients.

Soundcore Capital Partners sold the platform after a five-year hold during which it completed multiple add-on acquisitions; CEO Dan Tarantin will continue to lead the business as MSCP looks to accelerate growth across the company's eight regional brands and 10-state footprint.

Northpoint Roofing Systems Acquires Cardinal Roofing and Restoration

Northpoint Roofing Systems, a Halmos Capital Partners and NewSpring-backed platform, has acquired Cardinal Roofing and Restoration, a residential roof replacement and repair provider based in the Birmingham, Alabama area. The deal is an add-on acquisition that expands Northpoint’s footprint in the U.S. Southeast and is Northpoint’s third add-on this year.

Groundworks Acquires Yellowstone Structural Systems

Groundworks, a Virginia Beach–based national foundation and water management platform, has acquired Yellowstone Structural Systems of Bozeman, Montana. The deal expands Groundworks' western U.S. footprint and establishes its first office in Montana to provide foundation repair, waterproofing and related services to local residential and commercial customers.
