(Kobarid, Slovenia) — as add-on acquisitions to strengthen its respiratory care and catheter manufacturing capabilities. The transactions expand Plastiflex’s product portfolio and global manufacturing footprint (bringing the Group to 12 sites) and support its buy-and-build growth plan toward ~€200m sales and ~€50m EBITDA in 2025.

ILC Dover Acquires Solo Containment Ltd
