DuPont has completed the $313 million acquisition of Donatelle Plastics Incorporated, a medical device contract manufacturer based in New Brighton, Minnesota. The deal expands DuPont's healthcare and medical device manufacturing capabilities by adding injection molding, liquid silicone rubber processing, precision machining and device assembly expertise to its Electronics & Industrial segment.
