StorCentric Acquires Vexata

StorCentric has acquired enterprise NVMe array startup Vexata and will operate it as a fully owned subsidiary. The deal brings Vexata’s high-performance all-flash NVMe technology into StorCentric’s portfolio alongside Drobo, Nexsan and Retrospect, aiming to expand StorCentric’s enterprise storage capabilities and channel reach.
