General Informatics Acquires EMCO Technologies' PC Sales and Managed Services Division

The division — including its employees and clients based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana — will join the GI platform to expand regional managed services, consulting, network support and hardware/software sales capabilities.

The deal is an add-on for General Informatics (which is PE-backed by Rosewood Private Investments) and aims to scale security services, add vendor relationships, and enable cross-selling across cloud and AI offerings.
