Certified Waste Solutions, a portfolio company of Broadview Group Holdings and EXI Investment Partners, has acquired Waste Control Associates, Inc., a managed waste and recycling services provider based in Costa Mesa, California. The add-on expands Certified's presence and service capabilities across Southern California, bringing Waste Control's managed waste, outsourced recycling and equipment services into the Certified platform.

Veransa Group (backed by RFE Investment Partners) Acquires Consolidated Resource Recovery and Florida Organic Solutions

Veransa Group, a newly formed operating platform backed by RFE Investment Partners, has acquired Consolidated Resource Recovery, Inc. (CRR) and Florida Organic Solutions, Inc. (FOS) to create a vertically integrated green-waste compost manufacturer in Florida. The deal brings together the state's largest yard waste collection/recycling network with a leading organic compost manufacturer to scale industrial compost and mulch production across the Tampa Bay / Florida market.

Atar Capital (via RWS) Acquires Sustainable Solutions Group (SSG)

The add-on acquisition combines SSG’s commercial recycling and sustainability programs with RWS’s managed recycling and waste services to expand capabilities, scale and national account coverage; financial terms were not disclosed.

NOVA Infrastructure Invests in Integrated Waste Solutions Group; IWSG Acquires Central Texas Refuse

NOVA Infrastructure has invested in Austin-based Integrated Waste Solutions Group (IWSG) to build a vertically integrated waste platform. Concurrently, IWSG acquired the assets and operations of Central Texas Refuse (CTR) and entered an agreement with Green Group Holdings related to the 130 Environmental Park landfill project, with Green Group also taking an investment stake and board representation in IWSG.

Certified Recycling Acquires DC Environmental
