The deal—expected to close August 11, 2023—adds AlterG's product lines to ReWalk's neurorehabilitation portfolio to expand commercial scale and accelerate the company's path to profitability; AlterG reported about $20 million in revenue for fiscal 2022.

Novanta Inc. Acquires Motion Solutions
