Quorum Software Acquires zdSCADA

Quorum Software has acquired cloud-based SCADA provider zdSCADA to integrate real-time supervisory control and data acquisition into its Upstream On Demand suite. The deal expands Quorum’s digital oilfield capabilities by combining zdSCADA’s cloud SCADA with Quorum’s measurement and upstream software to deliver unified, real-time production and measurement workflows for oil and gas operators.
