Micross Components has acquired Technograph Microcircuits Ltd., a Portsmouth-based electronics manufacturer that provides hybrid integrated circuits, RF & microwave products, optoelectronics and PCB assembly. The acquisition expands Micross' high-reliability packaging and substrate capabilities to better serve aerospace, defense, space, medical and other mission-critical end markets and reduces supply-chain risk for customers.

Society Brands Acquires Yankee Toy Box

The deal strengthens Micross' power-management and high-reliability component offerings for aerospace, defense, medical and industrial customers and represents an add-on to Micross' platform under Behrman Capital.
