Capital Telecom Services (CTS), a full-service telecom infrastructure and construction company based in Ashburn, Virginia, has acquired ElectraComm Services, Inc., an electrical services firm headquartered in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. ElectraComm will be rebranded as the Power Systems Division of CTS, expanding CTS's capabilities into EV station solutions, smart power technologies, solar and other alternative energy services.
