Commonwealth Electrical Technologies (CET), a Broad Sky Partners–backed electrical contractor based in Worcester, Massachusetts, has acquired NuWave Energy Solutions, a Norwell, Massachusetts–based design/build energy-efficiency firm. The add-on deal — CET’s first transaction under Broad Sky’s ownership — expands CET’s sustainability and energy-conservation capabilities across commercial, industrial and institutional end markets; terms were not disclosed.

Eaglestone (Aterian) Acquires Commonwealth Electrical Technologies

Eaglestone, LLC, a portfolio company of Aterian Investment Partners, has acquired Commonwealth Electrical Technologies (CET) of Worcester, Massachusetts. Capstone Partners advised CET on the transaction; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Eaglestone's MEP capabilities and Northeast commercial relationships, adding CET's expertise in electrical contracting, solar, energy-efficiency and EV charging services.

ElectraComm will be rebranded as the Power Systems Division of CTS, expanding CTS's capabilities into EV station solutions, smart power technologies, solar and other alternative energy services.
