The investment will support CET’s growth plans, including geographic expansion, expanded service offerings (solar, EV charging, energy efficiency) and strategic M&A, while backing investment in recruitment and training.

The add-on deal — CET’s first transaction under Broad Sky’s ownership — expands CET’s sustainability and energy-conservation capabilities across commercial, industrial and institutional end markets; terms were not disclosed.

The AES Corporation Acquires Community Energy Solar, LLC

TMA Systems Acquires Eagle Technology

TMA Systems has agreed to acquire Eagle Technology, a Mequon, Wisconsin–based developer of Proteus MMX CMMS/EAM software. The deal, supported by a $68 million strategic growth investment in TMA from Silversmith Capital Partners, is intended to accelerate product innovation (IoT and predictive maintenance capabilities), expand end-market coverage into manufacturing, distribution and logistics, and add offices in Mequon and Monterrey, Mexico.

Stellus Capital Management and LBC Credit Partners provided financing for the transaction; advisors included Kirkland & Ellis, William Blair, Deloitte Corporate Finance and Honigman LLP.

Capital Telecom Services Acquires ElectraComm Services

Capital Telecom Services (CTS), a full-service telecom infrastructure and construction company based in Ashburn, Virginia, has acquired ElectraComm Services, Inc., an electrical services firm headquartered in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. ElectraComm will be rebranded as the Power Systems Division of CTS, expanding CTS's capabilities into EV station solutions, smart power technologies, solar and other alternative energy services.
