Eaglestone, LLC, a portfolio company of Aterian Investment Partners, has acquired Commonwealth Electrical Technologies (CET) of Worcester, Massachusetts. Capstone Partners advised CET on the transaction; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Eaglestone's MEP capabilities and Northeast commercial relationships, adding CET's expertise in electrical contracting, solar, energy-efficiency and EV charging services.
