LTS LOHMANN Therapie-Systeme AG (LTS) has completed the acquisition of Tapemark Inc., a U.S.-based CDMO specializing in transdermal drug delivery systems and oral thin films. The deal integrates Tapemark’s St. Paul (West St. Paul), Minnesota facility into LTS’s global network to strengthen LTS’s U.S. footprint, expand manufacturing capacity and R&D capabilities, and broaden its drug-delivery technology portfolio.

TREES CORPORATION Acquires Green Tree Assets (Longmont & Berthoud, CO)

TREES CORPORATION signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Green Tree, including the Green Tree Longmont and Green Tree Berthoud dispensaries, over 34,000 square feet of cultivation and a manufacturing (MIP) facility in Colorado. The deal expands TREES' Colorado footprint to four dispensaries (and seven retail locations across Colorado and Oregon) and is expected to generate more than $10M of revenue for the TREES platform.

Manitowoc Tool & Machining Acquires Mid Valley Industries

Manitowoc Tool & Machining (a portfolio company backed by Summit Equity Group, Midwest Growth Partners and NewSpring Mezzanine) completed the acquisition of Mid Valley Industries, a Kaukauna, Wisconsin-based precision contract manufacturer, on January 17, 2024. The deal is an add-on to MTM's platform and is intended to expand MTM's large turning and milling capabilities and broaden its end-market exposure to heavy equipment, aerospace/defense and energy customers.

Innovative Packaging Company (IPC), a Shore Capital Partners–backed specialty packaging distributor based in Vancouver, Washington, has acquired Colorado-based Landmark Packaging, Inc. The add-on expands IPC's geographic footprint into the greater Colorado market and broadens its product and service capabilities across food & beverage, industrial, and cannabis end markets; terms were not disclosed.
