Peachtree Hotel Group announced it acquired nine hotels across the United States as part of a record $2.0 billion total investment activity in 2021, with approximately $300 million deployed into those hotel acquisitions. The purchases include select- and limited-service branded properties in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Maryland, Texas and California as Peachtree grows its owned and managed lodging portfolio.

The oceanfront lifestyle resort will continue to be managed by Davidson Hospitality Group and becomes part of Pebblebrook's Curator Hotel & Resort Collection as the REIT seeks to expand its footprint in South Florida.
