Peachtree Hotel Group Acquires AC Hotel Miami Aventura and Aloft Miami Aventura

Peachtree Hotel Group acquired the 207-key AC Hotel Miami Aventura and the 233-key Aloft Miami Aventura in Aventura, Florida. Evermore Partners and New Castle Hotels & Resorts Acquire Montana Marriott Portfolio

Denver-based Evermore Partners and Ridgefield-based New Castle Hotels & Resorts acquired the Montana Marriott Portfolio in downtown Missoula, Montana, comprising a 105-key AC Hotel by Marriott, a 175-key Residence Inn by Marriott, and The Mercantile (approx. 20,000 sq. ft. of retail). The co-sponsors said the acquisition expands their presence in the Rocky Mountain region and broadens New Castle's management platform to the West.

Marriott International Acquires citizenM

1754 Properties Acquires Marriott Winston‑Salem

1754 Properties LLC acquired the 319-room Marriott Winston‑Salem in downtown Winston‑Salem, North Carolina; Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) will continue to operate the hotel. 1754 plans to invest over $5 million to renovate meeting spaces, hallways and infrastructure to elevate the property and drive demand from business, convention and leisure travelers.
