AECOM Acquires 30% Stake in SLC Rail

AECOM has acquired a 30% equity interest in UK-based SLC Rail to deepen a long-standing working relationship and jointly pursue rail programme, route upgrade and station delivery opportunities across the UK. The minority investment is intended to combine SLC's programme initiation and development strengths with AECOM's global engineering, programme management and station design expertise to accelerate delivery of regional rail enhancements.
