RDCP Infrastructure Acquires Majority Stake in Alma Rail

RDCP Infrastructure, part of the RDCP Group, has acquired a 90% stake in Chesterfield-based railway track engineering firm Alma Rail. The deal was supported by financing from Beach Point Capital and sees Alma Rail's co-founder Richard Walker remain in his management role as the business scales under RDCP's ownership.
