The deal was supported by financing from Beach Point Capital and sees Alma Rail's co-founder Richard Walker remain in his management role as the business scales under RDCP's ownership.

Riverbend Sandler Pools, a Plano-based pool construction and service platform and portfolio company of Concentric Equity Partners, has acquired Backyard Paradise Luxury Pools, a Montgomery, Texas provider of residential and commercial pool construction, remodeling, repair and maintenance. The deal is an add-on acquisition that expands the Riverbend platform's presence into the Houston market; Backyard Paradise's owner Mitchell Buckley will remain in a leadership role and retain an ownership stake.

Nine Point Eight Capital Acquires DRC Construction Services

Nine Point Eight Capital has acquired DRC Construction Services, a Colorado-based provider of maintenance, repair and rehabilitation services for sewer, storm and wastewater utilities. SDR Ventures served as exclusive sell-side advisor; DRC is a second-generation woman-owned business led by President Brittany Carroll and will join Nine Point Eight Capital as it expands its lower-middle-market platform investments.

Easton Select Group Acquires Environmental Pools

Easton Select Group, backed by Brenton Point Capital, has acquired Environmental Pools, a luxury pool builder and service provider based in Bolton, Massachusetts. Environmental Pools will continue to operate under its brand with co-owners Andrew and Corey Everleigh remaining in leadership roles (Andrew Everleigh becomes COO of Easton Select Group; Corey Everleigh becomes president of Environmental Pools). The acquisition expands Easton Select's New England footprint and adds design, construction and service capabilities to its platform.
