Prefere Resins Acquires Evos' Paraformaldehyde & Hexamethylenetetramine Supply and Customer Base

Prefere Resins Holding GmbH will take over the supply and marketing of paraformaldehyde and hexamethylenetetramine from Evos' facility in Mainz, Germany, including Evos' existing customer base for those products. The transaction is a divestiture by Evos to allow it to focus on its core liquid energy and chemical storage activities while Prefere Resins expands its paraform business and customer coverage in Europe.
