ARCH Cutting Tools Acquires O-D Tool & Cutter, Inc.

ARCH Cutting Tools Corp. has acquired O-D Tool & Cutter, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of solid carbide and high-speed steel round tools based in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The deal will integrate O-D Tool into ARCH's East Coast operations, with both existing ARCH and O-D Tool sites consolidating into a new 30,000-square-foot manufacturing campus in Lincoln, Rhode Island to expand capacity, engineering capabilities, and geographic presence.

Holcim Acquires OX Engineered Products

Holcim has acquired OX Engineered Products from Wind Point Partners. Headquartered in Michigan, OX manufactures integrated structural sheathing and thermal insulation products for residential and commercial building envelopes; Wind Point acquired OX in 2018 and helped scale the business prior to the sale.

Platinum Equity Acquires Oregon Tool

Platinum Equity has completed the acquisition of Oregon Tool (formerly Blount International) from American Securities and P2 Capital Partners. Oregon Tool, a Portland-based global manufacturer and distributor of saw chain, guide bars, lawn mower blades and related aftermarket products with more than 3,200 employees, will be positioned as a platform for growth and further add-on acquisitions under Platinum Equity's ownership.

JPW Industries Acquires Axiom Tool Group

ArmorWorks Enterprises Acquires Fox Valley Metal-Tech

ArmorWorks Enterprises, a portfolio company of Littlejohn Capital, has acquired Fox Valley Metal-Tech, a Green Bay-based provider of precision metal fabrications for naval and defense applications. The deal expands ArmorWorks' Department of Defense capabilities into high-priority U.S. Navy programs and adds Fox Valley's 185,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and precision welding, machining, and finishing capabilities.

Bon Tool Co. Acquires Jag Clamp Product Line

Bon Tool Co., based in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, acquired the Jag Clamp product line — including the intellectual property rights, operating assets and patents — from product originator Andy Green. Bon Tool had previously been the exclusive distributor for Jag Clamp and said the acquisition will improve safety standards for masonry work and enable potential applications beyond the masonry market.
