NIC4, a division of Network Innovations, Inc., has acquired U.S. government contractor Knight Sky LLC to combine satellite and terrestrial communications capabilities and expand mission‑critical connectivity offerings for government and military clients. The acquisition will integrate Knight Sky’s managed network and software development capabilities with NIC4’s MAVERICK VSAT services to support customers including the U.S. Space Force, US Army, DISA, FEMA and DHS.
