FourKites has acquired NIC GmbH (NIC-place), a Germany-based carrier-focused supply chain visibility provider, to combine networks and create the largest multimodal carrier network in Europe. The deal expands FourKites' carrier-specific capabilities—including advanced rail and temperature-controlled tracking—and accelerates end-to-end real-time visibility for shippers and carriers across Europe.

ACR Group Acquires Blue Sky Network

Network Innovations Acquires Infosat Communications from Telesat
